How Reserving Works
Your deposit is 20% of your total and it holds your seat. It goes toward your balance, and it covers the lodging and the party bus we book on your behalf, which is why seats stay limited.

The singles weekend is capped at 20 guests, 10 men and 10 women, so the room stays balanced and personal. The couples reset is capped at 10 couples, so every pair gets individual attention. Both caps are deliberate, and both retreats are expected to fill.
How does rooming work
It depends on the retreat. On the Singles Weekend, lodging is a shared cabin and rooms hold 2 to 3 beds, so roommates are drawn upon arrival and you will meet yours when you get there. On the Couples Reset, each couple has their own room. You are not assigned a roommate and you are not placed with another couple.
How do deposits and payments work
Your deposit is 20% of your total: $179.40 on the Singles Weekend at $897, and $319.40 on the Couples Reset at $1,597. Early-bird seats are 20% of $797 and $1,397. What happens if I need to cancel
The deposit is non-refundable. There is a 14-day cancellation window: cancel more than 14 days before departure and your balance is never charged. Once you are inside 14 days, the balance is due and the deposit stays with the retreat.

Blue Ridge, Georgia, at the same cabin location for both retreats. The exact cabin location goes to confirmed guests once payment is submitted. If you are riding with the group, the meet-up point is Sandy Springs, GA.
What is included in the investment
